Each project is scored against a weighted Impact Index, including:

Only concept-ready projects enter funding evaluation.

For every approved project, a Project Stewardship Committee (PSC) is established:
-Custodian of development mandate
-Certifies work done vs plan
-Community ownership & legitimacy
– Industry standards & market alignment (e.g. NERPO, SAPPO, Grain SA)
-Funds flow, compliance, reporting
Funds Release Logic
Funds are released only upon verified milestone completion
Technical sign-off precedes financial disbursement
